Ingredients
2 banana peel
1 meat
1/2 cup(s) culantro (cilantro)
1/2 cup(s) celery
1 cup(s) onion
1 large sweet pepper
2 Worcestershire sauce
4 garlic
1/2 oregano
2 bouillon cubes
Directions
  1. Chop the banana peel, boil it, then drain and let it dry, then rinse in cold water.
  2. Fry the aromatics, add the meat with the Worcestershire sauce and the bouillon.
  3. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the peel with everything else and cook for 5 more minutes.
