Directions
- Chop the banana peel, boil it, then drain and let it dry, then rinse in cold water.
- Fry the aromatics, add the meat with the Worcestershire sauce and the bouillon.
- Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Finally, add the peel with everything else and cook for 5 more minutes.
