Directions
- Wash the rice, let it soak in water for 3 hours, and grind it wet along with the curd until obtaining a very fine flour.
- Mix the flour with milk and butter or oil, and add salt to taste.
- Heat a griddle greased with butter and pour a thin layer of the mixture on it.
- Brown on one side, turn and brown on the other.
- Serve hot.
