Ingredients
500 gr rice
500 gr curd
125 gr butter or vegetable oil
1 cup(s) milk
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Wash the rice, let it soak in water for 3 hours, and grind it wet along with the curd until obtaining a very fine flour.
  2. Mix the flour with milk and butter or oil, and add salt to taste.
  3. Heat a griddle greased with butter and pour a thin layer of the mixture on it.
  4. Brown on one side, turn and brown on the other.
  5. Serve hot.
