Directions
- Bring milk and sugar to a boil.
- When boiling, add cornstarch dissolved in cold water, remove from heat, and strain through a cloth strainer preferably.
- Beat the yolks, add the milk and 2 cups of ayote flowers, and return to heat, stirring constantly, but without letting it boil or it will curdle.
- When done, let cool, add liquor, and bottle.
- Before bottling, the bottle must be sterile and rinsed with liquor first.
