Directions
- The socoromo or milpezo is the fruit of the palm tree of the same name.
- It is peeled and placed in warm water for 1 hour.
- It is removed and crushed with a hand stone.
- A little sugar is sprinkled on it.
- It is also prepared as a juice: it is peeled and strained, and mixed with water or milk and sugar.
- It is served cold.
- Likewise, an excellent chicha can be prepared with it.
