Directions
- Pound the meat slices and clean them of sinews while leaving a little fat.
- Arrange them in a wide pan, salt them, add the peeled tomatoes without juice divided in half, the oil, the wine, the garlic in pieces or whole, the oregano, the salt and the pepper.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium heat for about an hour until the sauce is glossy and dry.
