Ingredients
2 lime (calcium hydroxide)
1 yellow corn
½ pork loin
½ pork ribs
garlic, culantro (long coriander), and bouillon
Directions
  1. Boil the corn with the lime to remove its husk.
  2. Then wash it well and boil it with enough water until it bursts.
  3. Add the meat, garlic, and culantro.
  4. Boil until everything is tender, then add the bouillon.
