lime (calcium hydroxide)

yellow corn

pork loin
½
pork ribs
garlic, culantro (long coriander), and bouillon
Directions
- Boil the corn with the lime to remove its husk.
- Then wash it well and boil it with enough water until it bursts.
- Add the meat, garlic, and culantro.
- Boil until everything is tender, then add the bouillon.
