Ingredients
6 piece(s) very tender chócolos (sweet corn), kernels removed
1 1/2 cup(s) milk
250 gr country cheese in block or grated coastal cheese
2 piece(s) eggs, beaten
2 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp butter
pinch sugar to taste
pinch salt to taste
oil for frying
Directions
  1. Blend for 5 minutes the corn kernels and milk. Pass the resulting dough through a sieve or strainer.
  2. To the dough add grated cheese, eggs, flour, butter, sugar and salt to taste, and mix everything well.
