tbsp mustard

tbsp soy sauce

cup(s) brewed coffee
pinch salt and pepper to taste
wooden or metal skewers
Directions
- Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.
- Mix together the oil, mustard, and soy sauce. Marinate the meat with this mixture and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
- Afterwards, drain the meat and reserve the marinade. Thread the meat onto wooden or metal skewers and grill them on a barbecue, or cook in a large skillet or on a griddle, turning them to cook evenly.
- Separately, in a skillet mix the reserved meat marinade with the coffee, adding salt and pepper. Bring to heat and cook until the sauce reduces slightly.
- Remove the skewers from heat and serve bathed in the coffee sauce.
