piece(s) scallion stalks, chopped

piece(s) round onions, peeled and finely chopped

clove(s) garlic, crushed

piece(s) bell pepper, chopped

piece(s) sweet peppers, chopped (optional)
saffron (or color) dissolved in a little water
pinch salt, pepper and cumin to taste

Directions
- Heat oil and sauté all ingredients on medium heat, stirring with wooden spoon until obtaining a smooth sauce (approximately 20 minutes).
