Ingredients
10 piece(s) ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped, preferably small and round
6 piece(s) scallion stalks, chopped
4 piece(s) round onions, peeled and finely chopped
4 clove(s) garlic, crushed
1 piece(s) bell pepper, chopped
2 piece(s) sweet peppers, chopped (optional)
saffron (or color) dissolved in a little water
pinch salt, pepper and cumin to taste
3 tbsp lard
Directions
  1. Heat oil and sauté all ingredients on medium heat, stirring with wooden spoon until obtaining a smooth sauce (approximately 20 minutes).
