Ingredients
1 kg yuca, not very cooked and ground
250 gr fresh cheese (cuajada), grated
2 piece(s) eggs, beaten
125 gr butter
salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Made with yuca while still hot.
  2. Put all components in a container, knead with hand and pour the preparation into a greased mold.
  3. Put in preheated oven at 300°, for 20 minutes.
