Ingredients
5 piece(s) bottles (3 3/4 liters) of milk
2 piece(s) square panelas
500 gr sugar
1500 gr corn flour
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 piece(s) bottles (1 1/2 liters) of water

Directions
  1. Put to heat water with panelas, sugar and cinnamon, for 20 minutes, until it becomes aguapanela.
  2. The flour is dissolved in milk and mixed with aguapanela.
  3. Let cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a stirrer until it thickens, about 20 minutes.
  4. Let rest, take portions and wrap in plantain leaves, which are tied well.
  5. Bring to preheated oven at 250°, for 2 hours.
