Directions
- Put to heat water with panelas, sugar and cinnamon, for 20 minutes, until it becomes aguapanela.
- The flour is dissolved in milk and mixed with aguapanela.
- Let cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a stirrer until it thickens, about 20 minutes.
- Let rest, take portions and wrap in plantain leaves, which are tied well.
- Bring to preheated oven at 250°, for 2 hours.
