Ingredients
250 gr iraca palm hearts (shoots), cooked and chopped in pieces
125 gr cauliflower, cooked and chopped in pieces
125 gr carrot, cooked and cut in slices
125 gr green beans, cooked and chopped
1 piece(s) cucumber, peeled and cut in slices
500 gr small onions
2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
pinch salt, pepper and cumin to taste
guineo plantain vinegar, enough to cover
Directions
  1. Once all the vegetables are cooked and chopped, place in a wide-mouth glass jar, cover with vinegar and spices, seal hermetically and let marinate for at least 2 days.
  2. There should be no air bubbles, and the jar lid should be made of a rust-proof material.
