gr peeled corn dough

gr pork meat, finely chopped

piece(s) scallion stalks, finely chopped

piece(s) onions, peeled and chopped

piece(s) ripe tomato, peeled and chopped

piece(s) hard-boiled eggs, chopped

tbsp oil
Directions
- Fry the meat in the oil, add the rest of the ingredients and stir and sauté until achieving a stew.
- Work the dough so it becomes smooth.
- Take a portion and make a ball, then a sort of cone with your hand.
- Fill with a little stew, and close the edges with the same dough.
- Cook in a little broth for 20 minutes (without covering the pot).
- Add to the sancocho and serve, generally, to accompany meat dishes with legumes.
