500 gr rice flour
500 gr fresh curd cheese
pinch salt to taste

Directions
  1. Soak the flour and let it air overnight.
  2. Crumble the curd and mix with the rice flour in a little warm water.
  3. Prepare the lengua vaca leaves; make a cone, leaving the dry vein facing up.
  4. Fill, close and secure by folding down and inserting the vein into one of the grooves.
  5. Steam cook for 40 minutes.
