Directions
- Peel the plantains, slice thin like ribbons, discard the center.
- Cook in water for 20 minutes over medium heat, beating with a whisk until it boils and the strips dissolve well.
- Add the crumbled curd and boil until it turns a reddish color.
- Add the milk and simmer until achieving the desired thick consistency.
- Serve hot in soup bowls, accompanied by cachapas or tungos.
