500 gr moriche palm fruit pulp
1 piece(s) panela in syrup
4 water
Directions
  1. Take a bunch of moriche fruits and separate them, soak in water for 1 hour, remove the shells and discard.
  2. Then, rubbing with your fingers, extract the flesh and discard the seed.
  3. Mix this flesh well and strain, add the syrup, water and let ferment 24 hours.
