Directions
- Take a bunch of moriche fruits and separate them, soak in water for 1 hour, remove the shells and discard.
- Then, rubbing with your fingers, extract the flesh and discard the seed.
- Mix this flesh well and strain, add the syrup, water and let ferment 24 hours.
