Directions
- Grind corn coarsely, wash very well scrubbing in water to remove chaff.
- Once clean grind again finely.
- Mix this masa with honey and spices, knead well, take portions and make cookies, which are placed on greased tray and baked in preheated oven at 350° for approximately 12 minutes.
