Ingredients
1 gr yellow corn
1 cup(s) panela honey
1/2 tbsp ground cloves
1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
Directions
  1. Grind corn coarsely, wash very well scrubbing in water to remove chaff.
  2. Once clean grind again finely.
  3. Mix this masa with honey and spices, knead well, take portions and make cookies, which are placed on greased tray and baked in preheated oven at 350° for approximately 12 minutes.
