gr potatoes, cooked and diced

piece(s) white onions, sliced and marinated in lemon water

piece(s) hard-boiled eggs, chopped

pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut cooked squid into rings.
- Mix with onion, tomatoes, bell pepper.
- Dress with olive oil, vinegar, cilantro, salt and pepper.
- Chill and serve.
