Ingredients
1 kg squid
1 cup(s) cooked peas
1 cup(s) cooked green beans, chopped
500 gr potatoes, cooked and diced
2 piece(s) white onions, sliced and marinated in lemon water
2 piece(s) hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
3 piece(s) lemons (juice)
1 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cut cooked squid into rings.
  2. Mix with onion, tomatoes, bell pepper.
  3. Dress with olive oil, vinegar, cilantro, salt and pepper.
  4. Chill and serve.
