Ingredients
1 gr tarpon roe
500 gr white corn masa, soft
1 cup(s) onion, chopped
2 piece(s) ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
125 gr butter
salt and pepper
corn husks
majaguas (fiber strings)
Directions
  1. Clean roe removing skin covering it, chop finely and sauté in butter with tomato and onion.
  2. Mix everything with masa and knead well.
  3. Form bollos wrapping portions with leaves.
