Ingredients
1 kg wheat flour
1 tbsp salt
2 piece(s) tablespoons of dry yeast, dissolved in a cup of warm water
1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 piece(s) beaten eggs
125 gr butter
1 tsp powdered milk
125 gr chicharrón (incomplete/garbled in source)
Directions
  1. Mix the flour with salt and sugar and form a crown.
  2. The yeast dissolved in water (for one hour) is put in the center of the crown with the eggs, butter and powdered milk.
  3. Mix everything and knead very well.
  4. Add the pork cracklings (let rest for ½ hour).
  5. Form the mogollas and place on a greased pan, bake in preheated oven at 300° until they rise and brown (about 20 minutes).
