Directions
- Mix the flour with salt and sugar and form a crown.
- The yeast dissolved in water (for one hour) is put in the center of the crown with the eggs, butter and powdered milk.
- Mix everything and knead very well.
- Add the pork cracklings (let rest for ½ hour).
- Form the mogollas and place on a greased pan, bake in preheated oven at 300° until they rise and brown (about 20 minutes).
