Ingredients
2 milk
12 piece(s) ripe curubas (passion fruit)
1 cup(s) water
1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
1/4 cup(s) cream (incomplete in source)
Directions
  1. Cut the curubas in half, and with a small spoon extract the pulp, which is mixed with water, and blend or beat (it should be a cream).
  2. Add the milk and sugar, beat (or blend at medium speed) with a little crushed ice, add the cream and beat for one more minute.
  3. Serve cold.
