kg sirloin, cut into long thin fillets

gr green beans, cooked and chopped

piece(s) carrots, chopped

gr bacon slices

piece(s) onions, grated
2
piece(s) ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped

piece(s) green onion stalks, chopped

piece(s) beers
salt and pepper
pinch oregano and bay leaf, chopped to taste
Directions
- Grind the green beans, carrots, bacon, onions, tomatoes and seasonings, and knead well.
- Spread the mixture and cut portions, which are placed on top of the sirloin fillets, roll them up and tie with thread.
- Place them in a pan, cover with beer, and cover; let sit a few minutes.
- Put them to cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
