Ingredients
1 kg ground beef
500 gr ground pork
125 gr bacon, chopped in small pieces
2 piece(s) onions, grated
2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
1 cup(s) crackers, grated
2 piece(s) beaten eggs
2 piece(s) carrots, cooked and cut in strips
4 piece(s) hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Mix the meats, bacon, onion, garlic, crackers, eggs, mustard, cumin, salt and pepper.
  2. Knead well and spread on a cloth, place the hard-boiled eggs and carrots in the middle and roll up.
  3. Place in a greased mold and bake in preheated oven at 350° for 1 hour.
  4. Once cooked, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with red bell pepper strips.
