Ingredients
1 kg seasoning tomatoes, chopped
6 piece(s) scallion stalks, chopped
4 tbsp oil
pinch salt, pepper and achiote (or color) to taste
Directions
  1. Sauté the tomatoes and scallions in oil, stirring until you achieve a smooth sauce.
  2. Add salt, pepper and color.
  3. Can be stored in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
