Directions
- Cut the stem from the lettuce and break into pieces by hand (don't chop).
- Remove the ends from the cucumber and cut into thin slices.
- Cut the ends off the radishes and leave in cold water for one hour, dry and slice or arrange like a flower, cutting the sides like petals, without detaching from the stem.
- Arrange everything in a bowl and dress with vinaigrette to taste.
