1 piece(s) medium lettuce
1 piece(s) large cucumber, unpeeled
12 piece(s) small radishes
Directions
  1. Cut the stem from the lettuce and break into pieces by hand (don't chop).
  2. Remove the ends from the cucumber and cut into thin slices.
  3. Cut the ends off the radishes and leave in cold water for one hour, dry and slice or arrange like a flower, cutting the sides like petals, without detaching from the stem.
  4. Arrange everything in a bowl and dress with vinaigrette to taste.
