Directions
  1. Prepare the beans and place a tablespoon of hogao on top.
  2. Prepare dry white rice.
  3. Cook the ground meat.
  4. Fry the chicharrón, chorizo, and morcilla.
  5. Prepare patacones with green plantain.
  6. Fry slices of ripe plantain.
  7. Fry an egg.
  8. Cut slices of avocado.
  9. Serve everything together on a large platter, accompanied with arepas.
