1/2 kg cleaned and chopped shrimp
1 salt
1 Chinese sauce
3 clove(s) crushed garlic cloves
1/4 ajinomoto
1/4 pepper
1/4 finely chopped sweet pepper
1/4 finely chopped onion
chopped culantro
1 piece(s) whole egg
tender pipianes
1/2 piece(s) sweet pepper strips
1/2 piece(s) sliced onion
Directions
  1. The shrimp are marinated with the first 10 ingredients.
  2. The pipianes are pierced lengthwise through the center, then stuffed with the prepared shrimp.
  3. They are cooked down with the rest of the ingredients except the cornstarch. The cornstarch is dissolved with a little bit of water, when the pipianes are soft, the cornstarch is incorporated so it thickens.
