Directions
- The shrimp are marinated with the first 10 ingredients.
- The pipianes are pierced lengthwise through the center, then stuffed with the prepared shrimp.
- They are cooked down with the rest of the ingredients except the cornstarch. The cornstarch is dissolved with a little bit of water, when the pipianes are soft, the cornstarch is incorporated so it thickens.
