500 gr dorado fillet
200 gr peeled shrimp
2 piece(s) red chiles chopped into small pieces
1 piece(s) small onion, diced
1 sesame oil
1 clover oil
1/2 garlic sauce
2 salsa Lizano
Directions
  1. The skewers are assembled with the pieces of fish, shrimp, onion, and chile. Everything previously marinated with the seasonings and oils, then they are grilled.
  2. The seafood broths are cooked with the peppers after blending them and it is thickened.
