Traditional Costa Rican pasteles with potato filling.

Ingredients
1 kg flour
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/3 piece(s) stick of margarine
3 tbsp vegetable shortening
2 cup(s) cold water
Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients and form the pasteles.
  2. Fill them with peeled potato diced into small cubes, finely chopped onion, oil, finely chopped chile.
  3. Fry until golden brown.
