Tenderloin steak with mushroom sauce and vegetables.

Ingredients
500 gr grams of clean loin
100 gr grams of bacon strips
2 tbsp tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
salt
1 cup(s) cup of beef broth
1 tbsp tablespoon of garlic vinegar
mushrooms
2 tbsp tablespoons of flour
1 tbsp tablespoon of margarine
Directions
  1. Cut the tenderloin into four medallions of the same size. Add a pinch of salt, Worcestershire sauce and wrap it with the bacon, securing it with toothpicks. Then set aside.
  2. For the sauce, place a pan over heat, add the margarine and mushrooms. Fry and add the flour, stir. Add the beef broth, the vinegar and stir well. Serve with mashed potatoes and al dente vegetables.
