Ingredients
3 of fish, cut into thick slices
4 green plantains peeled and cut (removing the core)
1 of peeled and cut yuca
0.5 cup(s) of refrito
4 of coconut water
1 cup(s) of thick coconut milk (first extraction)
Directions
  1. In the four cups of coconut milk-water, cook the potatoes, the plátanos,
    the yuca and the refrito for about 30 minutes. 
  2. When they are soft, add the fish and the cup of thick coconut milk. Cover and let it simmer over low heat for 20
    minutes and serve.
