Directions
- For the dough: mix flour, lard, curry and salt. Add cold water until a smooth dough forms. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- For the filling: sauté the onion, add the meat, thyme, Panamanian pepper, salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is well cooked.
- Roll out the dough, cut circles, fill with the meat, fold and seal the edges with a fork.
- Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until golden.
