Directions
  1. Prepare the meat seasoned with the chopped condiments.
  2. Peel the bananas or plantains according to taste.
  3. Put to cook for six to eight hours to reach the proper doneness.
  4. The quantity depends on the number of diners. It can be from one kilo to four kilos per pot.
  5. This is a traditional basic food of the Bribri-Cabécar culture.
  6. It represents the sustenance of the families of our people.
