Directions
- Take the nísperos, peel them, and remove the seeds. Once that task is finished, mash them a bit with a fork.
- In a pot, add all the obtained níspero, sugar, and spices. Cook on low heat, stirring for 45 minutes with a wooden spoon until the jam takes on a reddish color, which means it's ready.
- Remove and let it cool, then jar it and enjoy it alone, with bread, or crackers.
- This jam is made to take advantage of the abundance of nísperos in our countryside from June to September.
