Ingredients
12 criollo plantains
1/2 tomatoes
1 sugar
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 cecina (salted beef)
1/4 chorizo
1 medium onion
1 sweet bell pepper
1 celery stalk
1 bunch culantro (cilantro)
1 oregano sprig
1 salsa Lizano or equivalent
Directions
  1. Cook the meat.
  2. Wash the plantains well with the peel, peel them, and cook everything: the peel and the plantains.
