Ingredients
1 arracache (Peruvian parsnip), precooked
1 potatoes
1 meat
3 garlic cloves
salt to taste
1 bouillon cube with saffron
Worcestershire sauce to taste
1 ranchera sauce
1 roll(s) cilantro
pepper and cumin
Directions
  1. Parboil the potatoes.
  2. Chop and fry the aromatics.
  3. Add the meat and the ranchera sauce.
  4. When it is previously cooked, incorporate the potatoes and the arracache.
  5. Continue cooking over low heat until it is ready.
