Directions
- Boil the meat in two liters of water.
- Reserve the leftover broth to soak the tortillas in it.
- Then chop and sauté the onion, tomato, sweet pepper, culantro, and spearmint in two tablespoons of oil and a stick of garlic margarine.
- Add the meat to the sofrito.
- Then blend the tortilla with the broth, pepper, and achiote and 30 minutes later it's ready.
