kg cecina (dried beef)
culantro coyote, salt, parsley, onion, celery, thyme, mint, sweet pepper, garlic, grated ginger

tbsp margarine
Directions
- Cook arracache for ten minutes, then peel and chop.
- Cook meat, then chop very finely and prepare with aromatics over very hot low heat. Finally add picadillo and cook everything together.
- Add pepper and cumin.
