Ingredients
2 kg arracache
3/4 kg cecina (dried beef)
culantro coyote, salt, parsley, onion, celery, thyme, mint, sweet pepper, garlic, grated ginger
2 tbsp margarine
Directions
  1. Cook arracache for ten minutes, then peel and chop.
  2. Cook meat, then chop very finely and prepare with aromatics over very hot low heat. Finally add picadillo and cook everything together.
  3. Add pepper and cumin.
