Ingredients
1 corn
1 pork
3 garlic, chopped
1 onion
1 sweet pepper
1 culantro (long coriander)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. In a pot, place the corn with ash water or lime water so that the corn husks peel off.
  2. When it is cooked, wash it very well with water.
  3. Place the corn back in the pot and cook until the kernels burst.
  4. Chop the meat into small cubes and add it to the corn.
  5. Season with garlic, onion, sweet pepper, and culantro.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
