Directions
- In a pot, place the corn with ash water or lime water so that the corn husks peel off.
- When it is cooked, wash it very well with water.
- Place the corn back in the pot and cook until the kernels burst.
- Chop the meat into small cubes and add it to the corn.
- Season with garlic, onion, sweet pepper, and culantro.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
