Directions
- Cook chicasquil for 20 minutes. Wash, drain, and chop.
- Dice potato and chayote and cook to medium doneness.
- Fry garlic, lard, and achiote, gradually adding meat.
- Add chicasquil, potato, and chayote.
- Add seasonings to taste.
