chayote
carne cecina
achiote
comino

manteca de cerdo
consomé

Directions
  1. Cook chicasquil for 20 minutes. Wash, drain, and chop.
  2. Dice potato and chayote and cook to medium doneness.
  3. Fry garlic, lard, and achiote, gradually adding meat.
  4. Add chicasquil, potato, and chayote.
  5. Add seasonings to taste.
