Ingredients
leaves cabbage
cecina (salted beef), cooked and finely chopped
garlic, finely chopped
onion and sweet pepper, finely chopped

ripe tomato, chopped
black pepper, cumin, salt
Worcestershire sauce
eggs beaten to stiff peaks

Directions
- Remove cabbage leaves carefully so they don't tear and boil them for three minutes.
- In a pan, put 1 tablespoon of oil and add the onion, garlic, and sweet pepper, then add the meat and tomato, add the salt, black pepper, cumin, and Worcestershire sauce, stir and let cook until a sauce forms.
- In the center of each leaf, place a little of that filling and fold until forming a small packet. Dip in egg and fry in very hot oil.
