Ingredients
1 whole chicken in pieces
1 large sweet pepper in julienne (strips)
1 large onion in julienne
1 roll(s) finely chopped culantro
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 achiote
2 oil
Directions
  1. Place pot on heat, add oil and achiote once very hot.
  2. Add chicken, cover, and cook over low heat.
  3. Once almost ready, add pepper and onion in julienne and season. When turning off, add culantro.
